The Manifesto
Because big ideas need good company.
Founded by Kate Walsh, In Good Company is a trusted circle of collaborators creating intelligent, meaningful work through connection, creativity and collective momentum.
At the centre is a core team of experienced collaborators spanning strategy, design, philanthropy, campaigns, technology, communications and cultural change. Surrounding them is a wider circle of remarkable people we've worked with, learned from and admired throughout our careers. They are the people we call when a project needs a particular perspective, specialist expertise or a fresh way of thinking.
We partner with organisations, movements, communities and businesses navigating growth, change and complexity. Whether you're launching a new venture, crafting a visual identity, building a digital ecosystem, raising funds, creating campaigns, designing meaningful experiences or bringing people together around an idea, we assemble the right team for the work. Every project is different. Every team is intentionally curated.
Our model gives clients access to an exceptional network without the overhead of a traditional agency. It means you work with senior people who know their craft, collaborate generously and move seamlessly from conversation to action, and from idea to impact.
Beyond client work, we invest in our relationships through our community of practice. Through retreats, gatherings and shared learning, our wider community explores emerging ideas, challenges assumptions and experiments with new approaches to complex problems. That collective intelligence flows back into every project we take on.
Because the future is collaborative.
Because big ideas need good company.
About our community of practice
A few times each year, we convene a broader circle of collaborators, practitioners, organisers, creatives, and changemakers to explore the questions shaping our work and our world.
These gatherings are part conversation, part laboratory. Together, we examine emerging trends, test new ideas, share lessons from the field, and explore what effective collaboration and change-making look like in a rapidly shifting landscape. The insights, frameworks, and provocations that emerge from these conversations inform both our practice and the projects we undertake. Along the way, we'll share what we're learning, noticing, and experimenting with as we continue to evolve the work.
