As a Creative Technologist, Mischa helps purposeful organisations with digital technology. He's worked in digital for more than a decade, as both a Developer and CTO.

Becoming a dad made it really clear to him that if he was to remain in tech then it would have to be exclusively working on purposeful projects. So that's what he does. His two kids (9 & 11), and the world he wants for them, provide the filter for the type of projects he chooses to work on.

For him this work doesn't start with technology, it starts with people.

He typically works on development projects (websites & web apps), provides technical leadership (think fractional CTO) and digital strategy (both consulting & implementation).

In his roles he finds he serves as a bridge between business and the creative and technical.

He’s a big picture systems thinker and with his technical practice grounded in human cantered design he's able to connect the dots between disciplines and individuals and enable the teams he works with to deliver their best work.

When it can add value he still loves coding and tinkering with all things web to build great user experiences. Especially those that can support and enable people all over the world, not just the wealthy western web.

He's been building for the web since 2006 and in that time he's worked for a number of agencies and in-house teams as well as his own clients across both the for profit and not for profit sector.

When he's not building websites or providing technical leadership and digital strategy you'll find him barefoot and as far away from any screen or signal as he and his kids can get.

His collaboration with In Good Company is a continuation of a commitment to doing things differently. In his work he wants to continue build fulfilling relationships with humans doing their best work on projects that really matter.
