Morgan Healy

Content Leader

Morgan Healy brings more than 20 years’ experience across content production, screen media, education and digital learning. His work spans strategy, development, production and delivery, with a particular focus on creating clear, engaging and fit-for-purpose content for professional audiences.

He has significant experience leading content for online learning environments, including five years producing, directing and developing course content for Psychwire, a leading international provider of online psychology training. In that role, he helped shape online training packages, led interview and video production, developed learning modules, and created supporting course assets designed to communicate complex material clearly and effectively.

Morgan has also taught film, screen production and media practice at Griffith Film School, SAE Institute and TAFE NSW, including advanced Diploma and Bachelor-level students. This gives him a strong understanding of how audiences engage with screen-based material, and how content can be structured to support learning, retention and practical application.

As a content leader, Morgan combines strategic thinking with hands-on production expertise. He is able to oversee the full content lifecycle, from concept and planning through scripting, production, editing, delivery and review. His strength is building efficient, high-value content systems that balance quality, clarity, budget and audience need.
